Lay 7 paper bags on top of each other. Be certain they are all facing the same direction.
Glue each one of the bags together. I have found it easiest to do this by making a "T" of glue on the bag.
Carefully place the next bag on top lining them up exactly.
When all of your bags are glued together use your scissors to cut a rounded edge on the paper bag and create a pedal shape.

After glueing the star together add a hole from which to hang the star.
Loop yarn or string through the hole to hang your star.
