How to
Step 1

Download the templates from the stats tab above. Each template is marked with the pattern and color you will need and whether or not you should cut the pieces from fabric or create a sticker. Begin by cutting out the flap piece and ears from duct tape fabric.

Step 2

To create the ears pinch the edges of the flat end of the ear piece together and tape it with a piece of matching tape.  This is much like you would do to create a leaf for a duct tape rose or flower.

Step 3

Next we will start adding the duct tape stickers to create the face.  Start by adding his sideburns.

Step 4

Add the mouth and the tongue.

Step 5

Add the nose.

Step 6

Add the spot.

Step 7

Add the eyes

Step 8

Add the shine to the eyes.

Step 9

Attach the flap to the bag base.  We will be using two pieces of tape in the same color as the bag base .  These pieces should be the widith of the bag base and 1 inch wide.

Step 10

Attach the flap on the back of the bag first.  Note that the top of the flap sticks up above the top of the bag.  Flip the bag over and seal the flap on the inside of the bag.  It may be easier to tear your tape in half to attach to the inside.

Step 11

Next attach a magnet as a closure as we have done with all of our bags.  Tape one magnet on the inside of the flap.  Lay a second piece of tape, sticky side up, on top of that magnet.  Drop the second magnet on top of the first so they polarize correctly.  Close the flap and rub hard to secure the second magnet.

Step 12

The ears attach to the strap of the bag.  Attach each ear with a small piece of matching tape.

Step 13

Attach the second ear to the to the other side of the strap.  All done
