Today's stories and songs are all about those pesky little annoyances that happen from time to time. I'll be starting with, "rain" from Shel Silverstein's "Where the Sidewalk Ends", followed by "Why Mosquitoes Buzz in People's Ears" a West African tale retold by Verna Aardema with pictures by Leo and Diane Dillon. Followed by "The Squirrels Who Squabbled" by Rachel Bright and Jim Field. And finally a little poem from "Now We Are Six" by A.A. Milne with decorations by Ernest H. Shepard, entitled, "come out with me".
