Setup:

1. Select a time frame, parameter, or number of activities, within which each child is the "leader." Maybe each child can lead 1-2 activities, or be the leader for 10-12 minutes. The specifications don't matter as long as all the children are made aware of them and the rules are fair and equal.
2. If you are throwing a birthday party, the birthday child can be the leader first and last. Their time might also be longer.

How to Play:

1. Let the first person begin their "leadership" opportunity.
2. When time is up, or number of activities complete, make the announcement and select the next child to be the leader.
3. If certain children have no desire to become the "leader," they don't have to. I would still encourage them, because it is tons of fun.

Tips:

1. Make sure each child willing to be a leader has had an opportunity before letting a child become the leader twice.
