Step 1:

Print two patterns and tape them together on their straight center lines. You can find the template under the Stats tab above

Step 2:

Cut out a rectangle of tarp slightly larger then your pattern and trace the pattern onto the tarp.

Step 3:

Choose your two tape colors and cover the tarp, starting from the center. You can save tape by only using enough tape to cover the lines of the pattern.

Step 4:

Once your pattern is completely covered, take your template, lay it back down on the tape and trace it again.

Step 5:

Cut out the pattern.

Step 6:

Fold the bag up to create the shape of your bag and connect the cup corners with the same color tape, just like a puzzle! Secure all four sides and trim excess.

Step 7:

Reinforce the inside corners of the bag with tape.

Step 8:

Lay out two pieces of tape, anywhere from 12-16 inches long, and fold into thirds.

Step 9:

Round off the edges and punch a hole at the top of each.

Step 10:

Punch holes in the top corners of the purse.

Step 11:

Take the brads and stick them through the hole on the inside (looks neater).

Step 12:

Time to start decorating! Put the duct tape on the parchment paper, cut out sprinkle shapes (or anything you like) and peel off, just like a sticker!

Step 13:

To decorate even more, add a cute wave to the cupcake base using tape, and cut strips of tapes to create the ridges. Use your imagination!

Step 14:

Add a magnet as a closure. Take one magnet, stick it to the sticky side of the tape and adhere to the purse. Lay another piece of tape on top of the piece that already has the magnet - but lay this piece sticky side up. Drop the magnet and kiss the two together, by closing the bag, secure the piece of tape to the other side and you are all done!

Step 15:

All done!
