Step 1:

Snip one bell off of the bower.

Step 2:

Take your sharpies and draw your best little face on the wooden bead. You can also find these beads with faces printed on them at most craft stores.

Step 3:

To make a halo, take your finger and wrap the pipe cleaner around it to make a loop.

Step 4:

Seal the loop by twisting the end around the rest of the pipe cleaner.

Step 5:

Now that the halo is done, you need to attach the head.

Step 6:

Slide the head up the pipe cleaner, leaving a little bit of room so the halo looks real.

Step 7:

Now slide your pipe cleaner through the hole in the top of the silver bell.

Step 8:

Now stand the bead head straight up, adjust the halo and wrap the remaining pipe cleaner around the top of the bell to secure. Snip off the end of pipe cleaner leaving the angel with one arm.

Step 9:

To make the second arm, wrap the remaining piece of pipe cleaner around in direction of second arm.

Step 10:

Now the angel needs some wings. Take one decorative red bow and wrap the wire around the neck of the angel.

Step 11:

Twist it off snugly to secure. Trim any excess wire.

Step 12:

All done!
