Step 1:

First and foremost clean your egg. Put a drop or two of dishwashing solution and bleach into a bowl with 2 cups warm water.

Step 2:

Take whatever sharp object you have on hand and find the middle of the egg tip (skinny end) and make a small hole.

Step 3:

Take your paperclip or nail and insert into hole you made in Step1.  Move it around gently to make the hole bigger.

Step 4:

Make another slightly larger hole on the other side of the egg.

Step 5:

Insert a toothpick into the larger hole and swirl it around.  You are not only making this hole slightly larger, but you are breaking up the yolk inside the egg.

Step 6:

Flip your egg over put your straw over the (smaller) hole and simply BLOW. The yolk should shoot right out (Tip: Make sure you have a bowl big enough ready to catch the yolk)

Step 7:

Submerege your egg in the cleanling solution and give it another nice wash just to make sure all the germs are gone.  Get some water into the egg and then blow it out like you did the yolk.
