Step 1:

You can create these with as many cardboard centers as you'd like. I'm using two, stacking them on top of each other and applying hot glue to the rim of each.

Step 2:

Glue your cardboard centers together.

Step 3:

Next you will add a balloon. Using your scissors cut a small piece off of the top of the balloon.

Step 4:

Stretch and place your balloon over the top of your cardboard center. Center it as best you can the end of balloon.

Step 5:

Attach a piece of duct tape around the outside of the balloon to keep it secure.

Step 6:

Add some accent duct tape pieces around the tube to decorate :)

Step 7:

Tie off the end of the balloon. This is your shooter.

Step 8:

Place your marshmallow inside, pull back on the balloon tie and BAM!  The best marshmallow shooter ever.
