How to Make Rudolph Lollipops | You Made It! I Love It!

As much as my expanding waistline hates to admit it, the holidays are about treats!  Every time I see something simple, cute and edible I have to share it.

This little lolly is along the lines of the spider and Ghost Lollipops you see at Halloween, or the Candy Cane Rudolphs that grace many a Christmas tree.  This little reindeer, shared by Sarah over at A Thrifty Mom, is a great activity for those crafty kids in your holiday home.  It would make a great school hand out, present topper, or stocking stuffer.

Although Sarah uses cookie decorating eyes, I see no reason why you couldn’t substitute googley eyes, button, or jewels.  Use whatever you have on hand!  If you’ve got super crafters let them go to town with their imaginations.  I could see adding felt ears, ribbon harnesses, and jingle bell adornments for a starter.  The round shaped lolli and the straight stick offer up tons of decorating potential.

A big thanks to our Thrifty Mom Sarah, for a tasty treat that is bound to sweeten your holiday!
