Step 1:

First, roll out your cellophane and cut out a square between 4 by 4 inches to 6 by 6 inches.

Step 2:

Using your skewer, carefully push the pointed end into the top of the individual Rolo piece (the end with the little ridge). Don't push it all the way through.

Step 3:

Apply a glue dot to the bottom of the Rolo (the side without the skewer).

Step 4:

Press the bottom of the Hershey's Kiss  onto the glue dot, as shown in the picture.

Step 5:

Center your cellophane onto the top of your candy and pull the two opposite sides down tight. You should be gripping opposite corners so that the cellophane now looks like a triangle, as shown in the picture.

Step 6:

Smooth down the other sides of the cellophane and grip the cellophane tight just underneath the candy.

Step 7:

Holding the candy end steady in one hand, use your other hand to give the cellophane a few twists around the skewer.

Step 8:

Keeping a firm grip on the twisted cellophane with your fingers, use your other hand to stick the end of your green floral tape to the top of the skewer, just below the candy. Begin twisting the candy skewer away from the tape, letting the tape unravel and cover the skewer and loose cellophane. It helps to wrap the tape at an angle so that it moves down the skewer smoothly.

Step 9:

With your green tissue paper, cut out several leaf shapes. (You might want to cut out a bunch ahead of time, so that you won't have to put down your wrapping!)

Step 10:

Gently give the bottom of your leaf a slight twist, and hold it close to the skewer as you continue rolling the tape over it. Unravel the tape over just the bottom of the leaf, leaving the rest outside of the tape.

Step 11:

Continue covering the skewer with tape, adding more leaves if you wish.

Step 12:

When you've reached the bottom of the skewer stem, cut the tape and wrap the last bit of tape around the bottom to seal it.

Step 13:

You can create a single bud for someone, or create a whole bouquet of them!
