Step 1:

Decorate the ping pong balls to create two monster eyes!

Step 2:

Carefully use the awl to poke a hole in the bottom of both of the monster eyes.

Step 3:

Push the tip of a pair of scissors through the tiny awl hole and twist the scissors around to expand the hole for the LED lights.

Step 4:

Now push the little LED light bulb into the hole. (If the light doesn't fit, just use the scissors again to make the hole larger.)

Step 5:

Use the hot gun to apply glue in two spots on the top of the headband, one for each eye, and stick the base of each LED light to the glue.

Step 6:

Now it's time to decorate! Use all the creative craft supplies you can imagine to make the monster headband you most desire!
