Any serious duct taper is left with tons of the "end of the roll", the cardboard center left over when your duct tape is gone. In this project, Sophie shows you how to reuse those cores to create a stylish and functional desk organizer.
Decide how many towers you would like in your organizer. Glue the ends of the rolls together to create the sizes you want.
Use one-inch wide strips of duct tape to cover and reinforce the seams you just glued.
Cover the ends of the rolls with 10" pieces of duct tape. Embeliish with thin strips of tape, patterns and whatever else you like.
Arrange your tubes on your cardboard in the configuration of your choice. Trace around the entire thing with a pen.
Cut out the cardboard. It is best if you can cut inside the lines.
Glue your tubes to the cardboard base. All done.
