You Will Need ...
  1. ends of the roll of duct tape

  2. duct tape

  3. x-acto knife

  4. cardboard or foamcore

  5. hot glue gun

  6. pen

Step 1: 

Decide how many towers you would like in your organizer.  Glue the ends of the rolls together to create the sizes you want.

Step 2: 

Use one-inch wide strips of duct tape to cover and reinforce the seams you just glued.

Step 3: 

Cover the ends of the rolls with 10" pieces of duct tape.  Embeliish with thin strips of tape, patterns and whatever else you like.

Step 4: 

Arrange your tubes on your cardboard in the configuration of your choice.  Trace around the entire thing with a pen.

Step 5: 

Cut out the cardboard.  It is best if you can cut inside the lines.

Step 6: 

Glue your tubes to the cardboard base.  All done.
