Inspired by the many versions of this craft found on Pinterest and elsewhere, Sophie creates her own version of a bunny butt easter craft.
white and pink felt
good scissors
hot glue gun
silk flowers (optional)
wire cutters
glue pen
Place your 1" styrofoam ball into your terracotta pot. You want to force it down so you are left with about an inch of pot above the styrofoam.
Glue your 2.5 inch puff ball onto the side of the terracotta pot. This will be the bunny's body. Place the puff ball on the side of the pot, leaving a litte bit of styrofoam visible.
Cut out the felt pieces to make his feet. You will need two large white teardrop-shaped pieces to be his feet, two smaller pink or red teardrop-shaped pieces to be the pads of his feet and 6-8 small pink pieces to be his toes.
Glue the pad pieces onto the larger feet.
Glue the toes on the feet. Since these pieces are so small I use a glue pen to do this.
Glue the feet on the bunny body. Add the small puff ball to be his tail.
Add some krinkle paper or easter grass to the pot.
I am going to add some silk flowers. Select the flowers you would like and trim their stems with your wire cutters.
Arrange the silk flowers in your pot by inserting them into the styofoam ball.
